降耗工作持續(xù)推動,在此背景下,順酐制造行業(yè)的廢氣治理變成制造行業(yè)重中之重;在我國長三角地區(qū)明文規(guī)定,在建順酐制造新項目須配套設(shè)施有關(guān)的順酐廢氣治理設(shè)備,然后保持含苯廢氣平穩(wěn)達標,不然,項目建設(shè)未予審核。

為合理防治順酐有機廢氣環(huán)境污染傷害,在我國一些順酐公司曾嘗試對含苯有機廢氣開展整治,但因為加工工藝繁雜,未有完善合理的整治技術(shù)性。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,資本主義縱有完善整治技術(shù)性和武器裝備,根據(jù)催化反應(yīng)焚燒處理等方法操縱有機廢氣環(huán)境污染,可是引進技術(shù)比較貴。前段時間,某些公司在基本建設(shè)萬多噸順酐流水線時,制造設(shè)備項目投資為600多萬,而引入順酐廢氣治理技術(shù)性與武器裝備的項目投資就超出了1000萬余元。

除此之外,在根據(jù)催化反應(yīng)焚燒處理順酐有機廢氣時,因為要加上燃氣、植物油脂等然料,運作成本費也令人震驚。以年產(chǎn)量兩萬噸級順酐的新項目為例,廢氣治理每鐘頭耗費燃氣1640立方,年運作花費達1600多萬元,造成公司比較嚴重虧本。
