精對(duì)苯二甲酸親油性較大,易穿透細(xì)胞膜進(jìn)入細(xì)胞體內(nèi),干擾細(xì)胞膜的通透性,抑制細(xì)胞膜對(duì)氨基酸的吸收;進(jìn)入細(xì)胞體內(nèi)電離酸化細(xì)胞內(nèi)的堿儲(chǔ),并抑制細(xì)胞的呼吸酶系的活性,阻止乙酰輔酶A縮合反應(yīng),從而起到食品防腐的目的。
PTA is more lipophilic, easy to penetrate into the cell membrane, interfere with the permeability of the cell membrane, inhibit the absorption of amino acids by the cell membrane, ionize and acidify the alkali storage in the cell, inhibit the activity of respiratory enzyme system, and prevent the condensation reaction of acetyl coenzyme A, so as to achieve the purpose of food preservation.
精對(duì)苯二甲酸用于化學(xué)分析用試劑;用于醫(yī)藥工業(yè)和植物遺傳研究 苯甲酸又稱為安息香酸,故苯甲酸鈉又稱安息香酸鈉。苯甲酸在常溫下難溶于水,在空氣(特別是熱空氣)中微揮發(fā),有吸濕性,大約常溫下0.34g/100ml;但溶于熱水;也溶于乙醇、氯仿和非揮發(fā)性油。而苯甲酸鈉在都使用苯甲酸鈉;苯甲酸和苯甲酸鈉的性狀和防腐性能都差不多。
Purified terephthalic acid is used as chemical analysis reagent; it is used in pharmaceutical industry and plant genetic research. Benzoic acid is also known as benzoic acid, so sodium benzoate is also known as sodium benzoate. Benzoic acid is difficult to dissolve in water at room temperature, slightly volatilized in air (especially in hot air), hygroscopic, about 0.34g/100ml at room temperature; but it is soluble in hot water; it is also soluble in ethanol, chloroform and non-volatile oil. Sodium benzoate is widely used in many industries; the properties and corrosion resistance of benzoic acid and sodium benzoate are similar.
